Administrative Assistant, Purchasing Department – Monday to Friday


Starting $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Your Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our Purchasing Department by processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring smooth communication with vendors and internal teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help keep our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory report preparation and analysis for reorders.
  • Data entry and file maintenance.
  • Process Purchase Order.
  • Daily communication by phone or email with interdepartmental members and outside vendors.
  • Reconcile daily receipts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, have initiative as well as a positive attitude.
  • Proficient computer skills in building spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar office position, purchasing experience a plus.
  • Ability to commute to Kea‘au Office.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older, and a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Must pass all pre-employment tests (drug test & background check).

Pay: From $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected Schedule: 40-hour weeks, 8-hour day shifts.
